Cabin 18

A compact 18-square-meter home featuring durable Colorsteel roofing, double-glazed windows, and premium insulation. Built with the innovative MetraPanel system, it offers strength and energy efficiency, making it the perfect low-maintenance, stylish getaway or small home. The kitset comes with a consentable design and Metra kitset is net carbon zero*.

Compliance: Consentable drawings (Excl site plan and services to building).
Internal Walls: Internal design walls are not flexible in location as required for bracing and outer walls are rebated for the internal panels, although they can be removed as long as wing walls remain for bracing.
Floor options: floor frame can be timber or steel joists.
Roof: The roof can be gable or mono pitch, but we will need a truss design to be done for gable.
